JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a team that improves how customers discover and compare credit card options through thoughtful experience design and data-driven testing. You’ll grow your product skills while partnering with experts across technology, design, analytics, and marketing.

As a Senior Associate in the Card Shopping team, you will own product workstreams across public card shopping pages and an experimentation program that improves customer experiences and business outcomes. You will take initiatives from problem definition through delivery, launch, and measurement, translating priorities into clear requirements and measurable results. You will work closely with partners to align on trade-offs, execution plans, and what success looks like.

Job responsibilities
  • Own roadmap inputs and delivery plans for public card shopping page redesign initiatives
  • Lead discovery to understand customer needs, validate assumptions, and identify high-impact opportunities
  • Manage product workstreams from ideation and business case development through delivery, launch, and optimization
  • Translate customer problems into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with technology, design, analytics, marketing, risk, and operations to deliver customer-facing experiences
  • Build and evolve an experimentation approach, including hypothesis definition, test design, and results readouts
  • Use customer insights and performance data to recommend improvements and prioritize next best actions
  • Communicate priorities, decisions, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders with clarity and consistency
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3 years of experience in product management, digital product development, business analysis, strategy, or a related field
  • Experience delivering digital products or experiences from discovery and requirements through launch and optimization
  • Ability to define problems, write clear requirements, and drive execution with cross-functional partners
  • Strong prioritization skills, including comfort making trade-offs and aligning stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using data and customer insights to inform decisions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience supporting experimentation programs, test-and-learn strategies, or iterative product optimization
  • Experience contributing to customer experience modernization or digital transformation initiatives
