Full Job Description
Position Description

We are hiring a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Associate to help drive that growth. You will partner closely with our Investment team to bring their thinking to life in the materials that reach clients and prospects, including RFPs, DDQs, and finalist pitches. We're looking for someone with fluency in portfolio strategy across asset classes and the project management discipline to own a proposal from first draft through final submission, working hand in hand with Investment and Business Development to keep our materials consistent, accurate, and client-ready.

In this role, you'll deepen your investment fluency by working alongside and learning directly from the leaders of our global investment team, within a meritocratic culture that offers significant responsibility for high performers and mentorship from many senior colleagues. Building relationships across Investment, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, paired with end-to-end command of the RFP and pitch lifecycle, will position you for growth into more senior Business Development roles.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the Investment team to translate their thinking into business development materials that are clear, accurate, and compelling to sophisticated allocators.
  • Own RFP responses end to end, from drafting through final submission, coordinating with Investment, Legal, Compliance, and Operations as needed.
  • Build and maintain the Firm's best-practice content library, flagging gaps and improving quality and consistency over time.
  • Develop custom exhibits, data visualizations, and pitch materials for finalist meetings.
  • Help codify our best investment thinking into reusable insights that inform BD materials over time.
  • Research prospects to understand their needs, their competitive landscape, and how we're best positioned to add value.
  • Bring intellectual curiosity to AI and workflow tools. You will be expected to experiment, not just execute, and to help the team work smarter, not just faster.
  • Maintain our CRM and pipeline of prospective opportunities, tracking deadlines and producing customized reports as needed.

Key responsibilities may be assessed and are subject to change from time to time based on the needs of the business. The individual may be required to work overtime as needed.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with the Cyber Security team
  • Ensure full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls, and any related issues are raised via the appropriate channels

Qualifications / Attributes

Required:

  • Investment fluency across asset classes, including equities, private equity, venture, absolute return, credit, and real assets.
  • 4-7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent slide design and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong Excel skills with complex data sets, and strong PowerPoint and chart-building skills.
  • CRM proficiency.
  • Strong written communication with the ability to distil complex topics.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with a keen eye for process and detail.
  • A collaborative, ownership mindset: comfortable working across projects and levels to support the team.
