Senior Associate Brand Manager - Scott4 Towels

As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, you have a talent for recognizing trends and aiming for bigger goals, and an active interest in keeping up with market needs, and your organizations competitive standing. This role is accountable for in-year business planning and marketing execution for the for the Scott4 Towels brand in the United States, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operating with high ownership to lead key initiatives. This role reports to the Marketing Director and takes work direction from the Brand Manager, and collaborates with insights & analytics, customer development, packaging, sales planning, Research & Development, and product supply teams.
In this role, you will:
- Provide project and/or marketing leadership on key initiatives to help sustainably grow the brands marketplace position (e.g. new product launches, pricing initiatives, etc.)
- Execute annual ABP and marketing plans that deliver financial objectives and aligns with brand strategies.
- Actively participate in the execution of brand commercial programs.
- Analyze consumer data, market share and sales reports to understand brand performance, product health and to track progress against marketing initiatives and return on investment analysis for marketing program.
- Create compelling stories and make sound recommendations about the brand, competitive, category, customer or consumer trends to enhance the brands equity and market performance.
- Lead translation of brand strategy, consumer/retailer segmentation and marketplace trends into executable DPSM guidance to the organization.
- Develop and implement distribution, packaging, shelving and merchandising strategies and plans.
- Use business acumen in conjunction with marketing competency to influence and lead projects cross-functionally.
- Engage strategic customer teams to collaboratively build growth plans.
- Identify and develop relevant consumer and/or shopper insights.
- Collaborate across categories, to identify and proactively drive efficient brand building.
- Actively conduct both basic and in-depth analysis to identify problems, find trends, develop hypothesis, and drive the organization towards decisions to strengthen the brands plan.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Marketing/Business related field.
- 3+ years previous business experience.
- Previous marketing internship or full-time experience at a Fortune 500 CPG company.
- Familiarity with brand development planning, innovation, and creative ideation processes.
- Experience developing digital marketing strategy and activation plans to deliver effective personalization.
- Strong analytical knowledge with ability to drive to solutions.
- Ability to influence and deliver compelling communication.
- Demonstrated positive energy to effectively represent brand internally and externally.
- Must be self-driven, not deadline driven.
- Experience working with cross-functional groups (e.g. finance, sales, operations, planning)
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/Masters degree or higher.
- Brand Management or Digital Marketing experience.

Salary Range: 116,380 6 143,740 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
