About the roleThe Assistant Factory Controller acts as a financial advisor to the Factory Team, driving operational excellence, cost competitiveness, and value creation through strong business partnering, performance management, and financial governance.
This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time. Your responsibilities- Act as a trusted finance partner to the Factory team, translating operational performance into financial outcomes and providing decision support through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and cost optimization recommendations.
- Lead factory planning and forecasting activities, including budgets, forecasts, standard costing, overheads, productivity targets, and identification of risks and opportunities versus plan.
- Drive cost control and performance management by monitoring factory costs, analyzing variances, tracking key operational and financial KPIs, and recommending corrective actions.
- Support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives by validating financial benefits, tracking results, and fostering a cost-conscious culture across the factory.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and financial controls, including adherence to corporate policies, audit support, and effective collaboration with GBS for accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Manage CAPEX governance by supporting business cases, tracking project execution, monitoring cash flow and capitalization, and ensuring delivery of expected ROI.
The experience we're looking for- 3+ years of finance experience, 1-2 years within plant environment preferred.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong financial analysis demonstrated in previous positions.

US pay transparencyThe base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
