SummaryAnalyzes business operations/customer requests and implements process coordination with cross-functional teams. Accomplishes business objectives by identifying and resolving data or processing problems while ensuring data integrity. Produces reports/dashboards in order to manage and illustrate inventory trends.
Job Duties- Collects data from various internal and external sources to process business requirements of operational requests.
- Collaborates with staff from other departments as necessary to collect and summarize data.
- Identifies project requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing operations; determining project scope; documenting results.
- Performs data analysis and fulfills reporting requests.
- Analyzes work processes, feasibility of medium to large project requests,
- Obtains quotes and creates necessary purchasing documentation as needed.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops/implements supporting workflows and documentation.
- Updates database of all collected information to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Routinely reviews data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors to address them promptly.
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree Information Sciences and Technology or Information Management related fields
- Preferred work experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- 4 years Progressive experience in Information Technology with focus in technical fields similar to mathematics, analytics, computer science
- Attention to detail and ability to assess business problems and develop feasible alternative solutions.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and to be self-motivated and self-disciplined.
- In depth knowledge of processes of assigned area(s) and applications.
- Effectively deals with multiple and changing priorities.
- Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision and/or direction.
Preferred Qualifications- Hardware/inventory management skills
Physical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
