Full Job Description
Summary
Analyzes business operations/customer requests and implements process coordination with cross-functional teams. Accomplishes business objectives by identifying and resolving data or processing problems while ensuring data integrity. Produces reports/dashboards in order to manage and illustrate inventory trends.

Job Duties
  • Collects data from various internal and external sources to process business requirements of operational requests.
  • Collaborates with staff from other departments as necessary to collect and summarize data.
  • Identifies project requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing operations; determining project scope; documenting results.
  • Performs data analysis and fulfills reporting requests.
  • Analyzes work processes, feasibility of medium to large project requests,
  • Obtains quotes and creates necessary purchasing documentation as needed.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops/implements supporting workflows and documentation.
  • Updates database of all collected information to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Routinely reviews data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors to address them promptly.
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Information Sciences and Technology or Information Management related fields
  • Preferred work experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • 4 years Progressive experience in Information Technology with focus in technical fields similar to mathematics, analytics, computer science
  • Attention to detail and ability to assess business problems and develop feasible alternative solutions.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and to be self-motivated and self-disciplined.
  • In depth knowledge of processes of assigned area(s) and applications.
  • Effectively deals with multiple and changing priorities.
  • Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision and/or direction.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hardware/inventory management skills

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
