Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience repairing Bitcoin mining equipment.
• Proficient with Bitmain miners (S19 XP, S21, T21) and Whatsminer (M30++, M50 series).
• Strong understanding of ASIC miner architecture and diagnostics.
• Experience troubleshooting hashboards, control boards, and power supply circuits at the component level.
• Practical skills in SMD and BGA soldering.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with electronics, circuit design, and power systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repair of ASIC miners including Bitmain and MicroBT.
• Troubleshoot and repair hashboards, control boards, and power circuits at the component level.
• Diagnose chip failures, voltage irregularities, and board-level defects.
• Execute SMD and BGA soldering and component replacement tasks.
• Repair and restore power delivery circuits and control boards as needed.
• Configure, test, and commission repaired equipment to ensure functionality.
• Maintain accurate repair records and technical documentation.
