**TEMP ROLE**

**Duration: 4-5 week project

**W2 on Dentsu Payroll Only, Hourly Non-Exempt

**Must be willing to work within EST Time Zone.

**Location: Remote or Hybrid depending on location

**Must be US based

**Must have strong social experience.

Role Purpose:

We're looking for a Temporary Senior Art Director, Social who thrives on bold ideas and collaborative creativity in the social space. In this role, you'll help shape and direct the look, feel, and voice of strategically focused social creative across multiple platforms. You'll be a key contributor in brainstorming sessions, social-first creative development, and new business initiatives, bringing fresh perspectives and strong visual storytelling to every project. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, quick to pivot, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, and experienced in crafting pitch decks and presenting creative concepts. Key Accountabilities:

  • Create high-quality comps and visual concepts across multiple projects, including client-facing presentations and pitch decks.


  • Leverage deep social-first experience to develop engaging, platform-native creative ideas and campaigns.


  • Deliver innovative, strategically aligned creative solutions across a variety of media channels while demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives, brand nuances, timelines, and budget considerations.


  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by remaining self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to quickly pivot in response to changing priorities, requests, and deadlines.


  • Concept, design, and art direct a wide range of deliverables, including integrated campaigns, storyboards, mockups, and presentation materials, while successfully managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. You will work with a content creator for these deliverables.


  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring excellence in both execution and visual storytelling across all touchpoints.


Person Specification:

  • 4+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry


  • Strong social first experience.


  • Bachelors in advertising, Marketing or related field


  • In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required


  • Demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, and client relationship skills


  • Keen attention to detail


  • Adaptable, proactive and responsive


  • Professional, outgoing, friendly, fearless, and resilient


  • Demonstrated creative success on wide range of client work


Additional Information:

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The hourly pay range for this position is $53.74 -$71.65. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
