As a Senior Project Director in our Forensics Practice, you'll independently evaluate, adapt, and apply advanced architectural concepts to challenging forensic problems. You'll influence technical direction, mentor others, and engage in client-facing opportunities while contributing to proposals and thought leadership.
What You'll Do- Handle complex forensic investigations and develop innovative solutions for repair and remediation.
- Prepare deliverables that communicate clearly with clients and legal teams.
- Proactively coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal experts.
- Contribute to proposals and represent TT's technical excellence with clients.
- Mentor earlier-career architects and enhance team technical capabilities.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's or PhD preferred.
- Professional licensure as an Architect is preferred; candidates actively working toward licensure will also be considered.
- 6+ years of architectural experience, ideally with forensic exposure.
- Ability to independently develop engineering approaches and troubleshoot novel challenges.
- Curiosity, initiative, and desire to grow into a technical leader.
