You will lead technology strategy engagements, design scalable architectures, and guide clients through digital transformation initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technology strategy and architectural guidance aligned with their business goals.
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions, including cloud architectures, digital platforms, and integration strategies.
- Conduct technology assessments, gap analyses, and roadmap development to support client objectives.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgement of client outcomes.
Solution Design
- Develop robust, scalable, and secure architectures that address client needs across various domains such as cloud computing, data platforms, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into client solutions where appropriate.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development by sharing technical expertise and industry knowledge.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of best practices within the Technology Advisory practice.
- Partner with business development teams to identify opportunities, craft proposals, and support pre-sales activities.
Project Delivery
- Lead and manage technology strategy and implementation projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
- Manage risks and resolve project challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture design, and/or implementation, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex technology initiatives and delivering results.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, integration strategies, and application development methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Travel to client sites 30 to 50%
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience integrating AI tools (e.g.,ChatGPT) into day to day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs..
Preferred Skills
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain.
- Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, PMP, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
