Job title - Senior Architect Locations - Any office location Job type - Hybrid Requisition ID - 11321 JOB SUMMARY: Acts as staff specialist in providing technical guidance for complex or unique assignments. The incumbent must be capable of applying diversified knowledge of architectural design principles and practices and independently making decisions on significant design problems and methods. Possess the capacity to manage production of a complete set of construction documents. What You Will Be Doing: • Participates in the development of project design concepts and criteria. • Makes recommendations on project staffing • Organizes and manages project information and records systems. • Designs structures of varying size and prepares architectural working drawings and related project documents. • Monitors project progress to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to schedule and budget. • Makes recommendations on design alternatives and assists in proposal preparation. • May plan, organize and supervise architectural design activities for a project of significant size and complexity. • Leads and works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects. Required Qualifications: • B.A. Architecture • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience • Detail oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently • The ability to work on several projects at one time • Above average written and verbal communication skills • General knowledge of construction techniques and an ability to read plans and specs is mandatory Understanding of conceptual design $107,300 - $139,475 a year (Salary range for CO, IL, and MN locations) Stanley Consultants is committed to maintaining transparency in our hiring process, including providing information about compensation.
