Full Job Description
We are looking for a senior audio applied scientist with experience and expertise in speech and audio signal processing, machine learning, automatic speech recognition, and/or natural language processing to work on state-of-the-art solutions for applications including speech enhancement, voice analytics, and real-time transcription of conversational audio. The ideal candidate has collaborated closely with engineering teams to turn business problems and high level ideas into successful feature launches.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
- Experience in building machine learning models for business application
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- PhD or equivalent research experience, or a Master's degree and experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
- Expertise in audio signal processing, machine learning, ASR, NLP
- Ability to travel internationally 2-3 times a year
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of relevant work in industry or academia experience
- Experience in professional software and systems development
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- PhD, or a PhD or equivalent research experience and experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
