Full Job Description
Job Summary & Responsibilities
• Lead characterization of new IRIS(TF) hardware and software features
• Develop measurement methodologies, throughput models and Best Known Methods (BKMs)
• Support customer demonstrations, pilot evaluations and production qualifications.
• Investigate and resolve customer escalations related to tool performance and applications
• Interface with technical support, head quarter engineering on procedures and equipment enhancement
• Analyze characterization data and provide recommendations for product improvements.
• Support installation, startup, and deployment activities at customer sites.
• Travel as required to support customer activities and product deployments.

Qualifications
• More than 5 years working experience in semiconductor metrology area is preferred
• Ph.D. or M.S. in Engineering Sciences, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Applied Sciences, Optics, Physics
• Strong undertanding of semiconductor process control, thin film stress measurement, warped wafer handling
• Ability to systemically and independently identify/troubleshoot problems
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Knowledge of statistics, and design of experiments
• Knowledge of basic programming skills
• Experience with semiconductor fabrication and process integration is a plus

Compensation & Growth
• Base Salary Range:
$128,000.00 - $192,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
