Job Summary & Responsibilities- Define and implement an effective software quality assurance strategy aligned with business and product goals in collaboration with program management and domain experts
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing SQA team
- Establish KPIs for quality, such as defect density, escape rate, and test coverage.
- Oversee the development and execution of functional, integration, system, and regression tests, as well as equipment interface testing.
- Lead the adoption of test automation frameworks (UI, API, and system-level).
- Establish CI/CD quality gates with automated testing pipelines.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical or science degree.
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with 3+ years in management or leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor domain, including fab/manufacturing software systems and equipment integration
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with Semi SECS/GEM standards, database validation, and programming languages, such as C# or Python.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-complexity environments.
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones.

Compensation & Growth• Base Salary Range:
$129,600.00 - $194,400.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
