Full Job Description
Provide support on technical issues requiring in-depth debugging and expertise in production software applications. Train users in need of assistance. Perform tests on new application code and application maintenance. Deploy software upgrades to users.
Role Objectives: Delivery
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex application solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Exposure to with API Management tools. Analyze application performance in a variety of environments, design and implement optimizations. Maintain technical skill set for software languages, databases, platforms, operating systems, utilities and networks needed to support work assignments.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Experience must include the following: software development on customer impacting applications; unit testing, automation, design patterns, and peer review; software development life cycle; PowerApps, DataStage, and CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management); Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; DevOps practices and tools; and technical consulting.
• The required skills do need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.
