Senior Application DeveloperThis role is ideal for a highly technical, solution-oriented developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building scalable, secure applications while mentoring others and driving engineering best practices.
What You'll Do:- Design and develop modern full-stack applications across front-end, API, and data layers
- Build and maintain single-page applications (SPAs) using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Develop back-end services using REST, GraphQL, or event-driven architectures
- Contribute to system architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Establish and enforce development standards, including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and release practices
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Partner with Product, QA, Security, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues
- Improve system monitoring, performance, and operational resilience
- Mentor developers and promote adoption of modern engineering practices
- Support AI-assisted development tools while ensuring quality, security, and compliance
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of application development experience, including modern full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one back-end platform (.NET, Node.js, Java, or Python)
- Experience building SPA and API-driven applications in production environments
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development practices
- Experience with automated testing strategies and frameworks
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of secure development practices and application security principles
- Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
