Role Overview
We are seeking an Application Developer to join our EHS IT team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop, enhance, integrate, and support EHS applications and services. The ideal candidate combines strong application development capabilities with hands-on Enablon experience and an understanding of EHS business processes
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain EHS applications and solutions.
- Design, build, and support integrations between enterprise systems and platforms.
- Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain applications and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and system issues.
- Support Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and continuous improvement activities.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve EHS business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in application development and software delivery within an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with the Enablon platform, including configuration, workflow management, forms, reporting, integrations, and system administration.
- Experience supporting, enhancing, and deploying solutions within the Enablon EHS platform.
- Experience developing and supporting APIs and system-to-system integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within self-organizing, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to estimate work, prioritize requirements, and manage backlogs effectively.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD) and Design Thinking principles.
- Understanding of current and emerging technology trends and their application to business solutions.
- Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) processes and systems.
- Experience supporting Enablon solutions within a global enterprise environment.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $50,050- $141,085

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
