Full Job Description
The Senior Application Architect designs and develops IT applications architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. The Senior Application Architect work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Architect who is deeply technical, hands-on, and passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This role requires an architect who actively works alongside development teams (not just high-level design) and contributes to implementation, prototyping, and innovation-especially in AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a hands-on architect with ~35-40% coding involvement
  • Design and implement scalable, event-driven architectures
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads to ensure designs are executed effectively
  • Partner with Solution Architects to align with enterprise and domain strategies
  • Develop POCs and AI-driven solutions to showcase innovation
  • Drive performance, reliability, and security best practices
  • Define integration patterns, standards, and documentation
  • Contribute to data architecture and governance

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$106,900 - $147,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
