Responsibilities
Review and recommend design solutions to enhance business value
Collaborate with engineers for code reviews and improvement suggestions
Support the Tech Lead in various capacities as directed by Product Team demands
Engage proactively with the Product team during sprint ceremonies
Work with Product Owners to ensure Stories meet acceptance criteria
Oversee timely delivery of Stories within 2-week sprints, ensuring completion of Unit Testing
Partner with QA to implement and refine automated test scripts

Full Job Description
Reviewing and recommending design solutions to meet business and operational value.
Partnering with other engineers for code reviews and recommendations.
Needs to work in partnership with existing Tech Lead: ability to step-in for and support the existing Tech Lead as needed and based on Product Team demands.
Proactive and active daily engagement with Product team during sprint ceremonies and as needed outside of meetings.
Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutions.
Work with Product Owners and Analysts to vet and ensure Stories meet acceptance criteria and align with design solutions.
Ensure on-time story delivery within 2-week sprint cycles, included Unit Testing is complete prior to QA.
Partner with QA staff as they implement automated test scripts.
