Details:
Research, plan and execute all aspects of large navy and joint experiments to transition technical and non-technical solutions out of laboratories and development centers to operationalize and deliver Warfighting capability to combatant commands.
Interact with industry, academia, system command staffs, Warfighting development centers and others to identify innovative and new technical enablers that support new warfighting concepts and operations.
Using traditional tools such as Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel, organize, prepare, and deliver presentations and correspondence for senior military officers and senior government officials including flag/general officers and Senior Executive Service.
Organize and lead efforts of multiple people and organizations to plan and execute these data collection efforts.
Data collection includes technical data associated with Combat Systems, command control, communications and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems, as well as human systems interface data.
Lead planning efforts associated with the Joint Event Life Cycle including achieving milestones at all planning conferences.
Lead technical exchange meetings and working groups to identify and track installation and accreditation milestones.
Advanced organization and leadership skills needed to lead diverse working groups with participants from industry, academia, active duty military, civil servants, contractors, systems commands, laboratories including prototype and developmental technologies and warfighting development centers with new and innovative concepts.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree.
Flag Officer Staff Experience.
At least 20 years of active duty Navy experience
At least 15 years of Experience leading Navy Experiments

Eligible for top secret clearance with SCI access.
