This role is accountable to execute against the team's knowledge management strategy by optimizing how information is stored, shared and communicated by the Functions Supplier Management Office (FSMO) and includes but is not limited to, internal collaboration tools and enterprise-facing and team-facing websites. Based on direction provided, the incumbent will author or partner with content owners to update, develop, monitor, plan, provision, project manage and execute on team or enterprise-facing content owned and or managed by FSMO related to third party risk management policies, standards, and processes. ...

The incumbent is also responsible for the execution of daily management and project management of content and initiatives for all web-based team and enterprise facing information and ensures a proper standard is followed in support of online content governance practices. Online content aspects include (and is not limited to) web design, web forms, AI tools, information architecture, managing the flow of and revision history of content and helps the respective team to be organized and up to date with online team and enterprise facing exposure of content.

Competitive Salary

Hybrid - currently 3 days a week from office, 2 remotely (this could change at any time to 4 days a week in office).

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities

Planning & Execution (60%)
• Partner with Brand, Design and Digital teams to ensure appropriate content governance is achieved with organizational messaging of third-party risk practices.
• Optimize how third-party risk materials managed by the team is updated, stored, shared and communicated.
• Support team strategic communication content with initiatives and events while overseeing multiple project deliverables.
• Support the creation and or delivery of third-party risk online content as it relates to key messages and newsletters.
• Provide advice and counsel with third-party risk content approaches in support of communication initiatives.
• Exercise good judgment in identifying and responding to complex third-party risk issues or inquiries impacting the team and demonstrate leadership in developing timely responses that protect team reputation and supports team strategies.
• Apply frequent reviews of the team's online third-party risk content to ensure respective information is relevant and up to date.

Thought Leadership Execution (25%)
• Proficient with writing, proofreading and editing with proven experience in planning, developing and delivering on strategic communications.
• Aligns the objectives and execution of team initiatives with overall organization and enterprise third-party risk objectives, strategies and context.
• Seeks out industry trends and organizational knowledge to understand the possibility of alternative approaches and solutions.
• Clearly communicate expectations on a regular basis to determine job fulfillment and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess business needs using business agility concepts to determine workload capacity and prioritization to meet demand.

Relationship Management (15%)
• An excellent communicator (verbal and written) with strong presentation, interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• A supportive individual with the ability to work in a highly collaborative cross-functional and third-party risk environment.
• Adept at operating with a high degree of autonomy, a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build relationships and establish rapport with others across the business.

• Well organized with a superior understanding of third-party risk practices, project management skills and proven ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and experienced with digital communications tools (ie - web content management systems, AI tools and Sharepoint) and know how to leverage them to their full capacity; experience with web or marketing considered an asset.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
