This position involves analyzing data to optimize distribution networks and fulfillment centers, resolving escalated issues, and supporting supplier compliance. The role requires providing expert guidance, driving operational efficiency, and fostering strong partnerships to meet business objectives. The analyst contributes to cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement efforts while upholding company standards and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.

Join Walmart's Supply Chain team focused on advancing the Transportation Network to enhance shipment operations and supply chain performance. This group collaborates across functions to drive process improvements and innovative solutions that support seamless product flow and operational excellence. What you'll do:
  • Implement and enhance supply chain processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions within established timelines.
  • Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify root causes of exceptions and improve network efficiencies across distribution centers and fulfillment operations.
  • Support resolution of daily operational issues and escalations related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns.
  • Provide guidance and act as a liaison between field operations, suppliers, and transporters to ensure alignment with operational expectations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives using lean concepts and end-to-end costing methodologies to reduce waste and optimize costs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts to meet business and customer needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
