Your role and responsibilities:Support in development and ensure communication and implementation of Global SCM strategies. Improve areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Transport, Trade & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing, Process & Excellence, Finance, Risk Management, and Supply Base Management. Ensure implementation, maintenance and compliance of assigned Supply Chain Management activities and initiatives.
You will be mainly accountable for:- Supports implementation of SCM standards, tools and processes for MONM to include SCMIS Reporting, Conflict Minerals, Sustainability and Regulatory Demands on SCM.
- Analyzes data needs to identify best solutions and implement improvements to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and value for the SCM Organization.
- Create, maintain and refine weekly reporting on PPV, COTD, SPPM, Spend, Compliance and drive "information" from the data files
- Maintain data files and support activities for Supplier Conflict Mineral Compliance, Reach, ROHS or any related activities
Qualifications for the role:- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years OR Associate's Degree with minimum 7 years experience in supply chain, finance or IS related experience.
- Technical Capabilities in: Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP and Power BI (preferred).
- Good listening and communication skills with the ability to turn requests into reports and processes quickly.
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
