Full Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics serves as a strategic analytics partner to Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and Planning teams by transforming data into actionable business insights that improve performance across Saputo's U.S. Supply Chain network. This role is responsible for proactively identifying opportunities to enhance decision-making through analytics, business intelligence, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leveraging Power BI, SAP, Microsoft Fabric, and other enterprise data platforms, the Senior Analyst will work closely with internal customers to understand business challenges, develop scalable reporting and analytical solutions, and drive adoption of data-driven decision-making. Success in this role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, business partnership, problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations that deliver measurable business value.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Supply Chain dashboards, KPI scorecards, reports, and analytics tools that provide actionable insights to Supply Chain leadership and business partners.
  • Analyze manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, inventory, and distribution data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement recommendations.
  • Partner with Planning, Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and Continuous Improvement teams to evaluate business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to service, inventory, cost-to-serve, transportation, warehousing, and network utilization.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP, Power BI, and other reporting platforms through ongoing validation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting documentation, and user training materials.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Supply Chain analytics tools and reporting platforms.
  • Support cross-functional projects and implementations by providing analytical expertise and measurement frameworks.
  • Stay current on emerging supply chain analytics methodologies, reporting technologies, and optimization techniques to continuously improve organizational capabilities.


You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills and qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing, Operations Analytics, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP APO, or SAP IBP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience supporting network optimization, distribution analysis, inventory optimization, or cost-to-serve initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, Power Pivot, and scenario analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and business cases.
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through fact-based analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with supply chain modeling or optimization tools preferred.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food manufacturing, or supply chain operations preferred.

Salary Range: $71,805- $94,245

Salary offers vary commensurate experience, education, skills, and training
