What the role looks like We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support our Strategy, Planning & Analytics team.
This role will support financial reporting, business analytics, and investment analysis across a New York City multifamily portfolio, leveraging operational and financial data to evaluate asset performance and inform operating strategy. This position is based in our New York City office.
What you will do - Produce complex and comprehensive models and forecasts.
- Evaluate and review potential capital investment opportunities.
- Provide analytical support to all areas of the organization.
- Analyze wide range of operational and financial data, both internal and external; determine trends and opportunities.
- Collect and analyze external macroeconomic data to identify broader market trends.
- Create weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting for the organization, ownership and investors; produce reporting that covers wide range of operational and financial data.
- Assist with board materials and other investor related requests.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of presented data, analytical explanations, and conclusions.

Your skills and experience - Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance, economics, accounting, engineering).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial / data management.
- Outstanding analytical & problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent writing / communication skills; ability to influence and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to produce top quality deliverables, prioritizing under tight deadlines.
- Drive for continuous improvement and ability to change; a desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
- Strong Excel, modeling skills required; data visualization / programming skills a plus.
What we offerBase Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
