Full Job Description
What We're Looking For:

Datavant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to play a meaningful role in the company's continued growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, this is a highly visible role that partners closely with the Director of Forecasting and cross-functional leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product. You will contribute to a wide range of financial and operational planning activities that serve as the foundation for strategic decision-making across the business.

What You Will Do:
  • Own inventory forecasting for data retrieval and medical coding verticals, monitoring business drivers and KPIs to stress-test volume and headcount assumptions.
  • Support monthly financial reforecasts and contribute to the development of annual operating plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales on pricing proposals for new and existing customers, including minimum commitments, enterprise pricing agreements, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Product on capacity planning and inventory management, tracking product initiatives and their impact on demand.
  • Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support leadership decision-making across the organization
  • Leverage AI tools to automate go-to market workflows, conduct dynamic pricing analysis, and drive inventory demand planning and forecasting to improve speed, accuracy and decision-making around the business

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in an analytical role at a high-growth technology company, with a focus in finance or operations.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills; ability to distill complex financial analysis into clear, actionable communication for business leaders.
  • Genuine passion for and understanding of the healthcare technology industry.
  • Collaborative team player who is flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable operating across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:

$102,000-$120,000 USD
