What You'll Do:Data Management, Experimentation & Analysis- Acquire, integrate, and analyze structured and unstructured data, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and analytical integrity.
- Perform advanced analysis of historical and campaign data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities.
- Drive analytic insights through regression, experimentation and other advanced analytics techniques.
- Develop subject matter expertise in areas such as audience targeting, client journey analytics, campaign analysis, marketing channels, and content performance.
Reporting & Visualization- Create clear, actionable visualizations and presentations that translate insights into business actions.
- Develop, own, and maintain recurring dashboards, reports, and analytic processes.
Project Leadership & Strategy- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and analytical needs.
- Translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches and lead projects through completion.
- Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can improve business outcomes.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
Knowledge Sharing- Promote best practices and continuous improvement in analytics tools and methodologies.
- Document processes and share learnings across the team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the analytics organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience Design (CXD), Engineering, and Finance partners to deliver integrated insights.
- Participate in cross-divisional data initiatives and support resolution of data and operational challenges.
Communication & Presentation Excellence- Deliver clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate analysis insights and recommendations to stakeholder audiences.
Qualifications- Minimum of five years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
