Title: Senior Analyst, Regional Data and Decision Support
Salary: $91,172 - $107,261 - $123,351 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term - 2 years
Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Park Royal (Metro Vancouver) location on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations - Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA's flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.
About the role As Senior Analyst, Regional Data and Decision Support, you will provide expertise in regional data, reporting, and knowledge translation to support FNHA's data strategy and Nation and Community priorities. You will work with managers and technology teams to translate reporting and data needs into effective solutions, support regional and enterprise reporting, advance community data engagement, and turn complex information into clear, culturally appropriate insights that support planning and decision-making. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}
About youTo be successful in this role, you will have -
Education - Bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology or related field required or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
Experience - 5-7 years of experience in enterprise-scale projects
- Prove experience in knowledge translation, including translating technical requirements into clear, accessible information for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Healthcare experience is considered an asset

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
