This position is very self-directed, EMR Training for advanced users and EMR resources development as well as site project and change management are a large part of the position.
Title: Clinical Adoption Lead
Salary: $91,172 - $101,898 - $123,351 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term contract until March 31, 2028
Hours: 9am-5pm Mon-Fri (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Metro Vancouver office- located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil- Waututh Nations (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA's flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.
About the role
As the Clinical Adoption Lead, eHealth, you are responsible for providing clinical expertise in the area of digital health inclusive of virtual care delivery, EMR implementation and uptake as they relate to Primary and Team based care. In addition to supporting to the 5 regions, the eHealth Clinical Lead will support the development of collaborative strategy and operational design of virtual health services and supports with a focus on culturally safe and innovative inter-professional team based primary care.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be
Education
• Bachelor's degree in a clinical profession (i.e., nursing, allied health) plus 5 -7 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A Master's Degree in a health-related field is an asset
Experience
• Recent, relevant experience in Indigenous health
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in a clinical, healthcare environment
• Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) in a primary care setting preferred
• Experience and knowledge in existing Regional Health Authority and First Nation community primary care operations and development workflows, referral patterns, program delivery methods, e-health and virtual health systems
Knowledge
• Strong understanding of, and experience with diverse e-health technologies and virtual care
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability in clinical health care practice
• Diverse knowledge of different clinical areas and disciplines
• Strong understanding of primary care and team-based care

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
