JOB SUMMARY- Assist Management in achieving its Sales and Operating Profit target through effective:
- Budgets & Forecasts
- Control of Expenses & Assets
- Reporting & Analysis
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Support and partner closely with cross-functional Business Leadership and region finance team
- Key member of the America's FP&A team that will partner with the business in order to ensure the achievement of our goals, prioritization of investments and the identification of efficiencies and opportunities
- Execute month-end close responsibilities. Maintain a strong control environment
- Deliver on-going reporting, analytics and insight on performance metrics to benchmark progress against targets, initiatives and strategies. Provide meaningful insight that could be actioned to optimize results
- Manage financial plans and forecasts of the business. Provide on-going visibility to performance vs. expectation and support management in identifying and managing risks and opportunities
- Proactively engage and build strong relationships with finance and business teams to stay connected on initiatives
- Provide decision support to finance and business teams through ad-hoc analysis, financial modelling and thought leadership. Challenge business partners, as needed, to drive better decisions
- Drive continuous improvement and seek to optimize efficiency and customer value in all financial processes and business support functions
WHO YOU ARE - 2-5 years experience in Finance/Accounting function.
- Strong base of finance and accounting technical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of SAP and BPC Preferred
- Ability to balance between detail orientation and the high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues in a simple manner
- Aptitude to learn and drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing and prioritizing deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Maintain positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task several important priorities simultaneously
- Experience in Beauty/Fashion/retail industry preferred, but not required.
- Must be very organized, detail oriented and able to work under tight timelines. Must be able to prioritize and communicate well.
- 4 year Degree in Finance/Accounting required.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
Salary (Min-Max): 81,120.00 - 111,540.00
