Senior Analyst -Provider Contract Administration

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Analyst - Provider Contract Administration to support the development, implementation, and administration of provider compensation programs across NewYork-Presbyterian Physician Services.

This role is critical in driving physician compensation strategy through advanced analytics, fair market value assessments, contract administration, and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Analyst will lead complex projects, provide strategic recommendations to leadership, and support the ongoing evolution of provider compensation programs and contractual arrangements.

In this role, the Senior Analyst will:

  • Lead provider compensation analyses, market assessments, and fair market value (FMV) evaluations for physician employment, recruitment, retention, and service arrangements.
  • Develop physician compensation strategies, models, and recommendations that support organizational goals and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Administer provider compensation programs, including productivity incentives, quality incentives, call coverage, stipends, administrative compensation, and other provider payment structures.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking using industry survey data and provide market-based recommendations to support recruitment, retention, and compensation governance.
  • Analyze physician productivity, quality metrics, financial performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision making.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Business Development, Onboarding, and physician leadership stakeholders.
  • Design and implement process improvements, reporting tools, automation solutions, and workflow enhancements to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and scalability.
  • Mentor analysts and serve as a subject matter expert in provider compensation, contract administration, compensation analytics, and related business processes.
  • Present findings, business cases, and strategic recommendations to physician leaders, executive leadership, and key organizational stakeholders.

Salary Range:

$74,000-$111,500/Annual
