We are seeking to hire Senior Analyst, Program Cost Controls, individual contributor position within the Largo, Florida Operations Finance team. This role supports programs mainly within the Resilient Connectivity Products (RCP) portfolio and potentially other Collins Aerospace businesses. The Senior Analyst will support and partner with their internal customers and provide guidance and knowledge of our cost position, risk and opportunities and policy and regulation compliance. Applicants should possess a passion around program execution, finance learning and higher-level problem solving by coordinating resolutions with the appropriate functional resources. This position is hybrid where the ability to participate regularly onsite is required.
What You Will Do- Partner with Operations & Program Office functional teams to influence decisions to successfully execute production, development, and depot contracts
- Oversee financials for multiple programs in a portfolio area
- Program start up, maintenance & support including intercompany transfers processing, project setup, and NWA management
- Earned Value Management cost/schedule control
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports to include LRE development & financial variance analysis
- Assist IPT with the coordination, development, and delivery of monthly financial forecasts
- Preparation and Analysis of Quarterly EACs including cost analysis, risks, and opportunities
- Interface with multiple cross-functional teammates & internal customers at different locations and time zones
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Previous Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
Qualifications We Prefer- Demonstrated experience with SAP financial tools/systems and Earned Value Management
- Extensive manufacturing/MRP experience in aerospace & defense industry
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), & Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Prior Program Controls Experience a plus

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
