Full Job Description
The Royal Caribbean Group's Global Marine Operations Finance Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Financial Analyst, Capital reporting to the Director of Marine Finance.

This position works on-site in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst of Global Marine Operations Finance Capital is responsible for providing financial analysis and strategic support for capital investments within Marine Operations globally. This role ensures accurate forecasting, facilitates decision-making for capital projects, and aligns financial planning with operational priorities to optimize the Group's capital deployment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Leads financial modeling, analysis, and evaluation for marine capital projects, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives.
  • Develops robust capital forecasts and monitors execution against approved budgets and project timelines.
  • Prepares comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership to support investment decisions.
  • Implements financial controls and processes to maintain transparency and compliance in capital expenditures.
  • Collaborates with Operations, Technical, and Procurement teams to validate project assumptions and cost estimates.
  • Conducts scenario analysis and risk assessments to gauge financial impact under varying conditions.
  • Supports portfolio prioritization by evaluating project ROI and strategic value.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives in capital planning methodologies and reporting tools.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Excellent data analysis skills, with knowledge of Power BI.
  • Familiarity with capital budgeting principles and ROI methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging with all levels of management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under strict deadlines.
