About the Role:

This Senior Analyst will be responsible for driving high-priority portfolio operations and partner-facing workstreams that will enable growth for the Delta Cobrand portfolio. This is a highly visible role, with responsibilities spanning across the end-to-end product management lifecycle, inclusive of program reporting, competitive insights, benefit management, invoicing, and operational risk management.

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in strengthening operational rigor, surfacing insights that inform product decisions, and helping advance the long-term growth strategy for the portfolio. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Analytics, Control Management and Compliance teams, while supporting ongoing engagement with Delta counterparts.

This impactful role is for someone who wants to gain experience in product management and exposure to the P/L. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, comfortable operating across ambiguity, and energized by working at the intersection of product strategy, partner management, and execution. A successful candidate is someone who can connect day-to-day operational details to broader portfolio priorities, helping the team identify opportunities to improve customer experience, strengthen controls, and unlock growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Analytics, Control Management, Compliance, and Delta partners to move initiatives forward
  • Responsible for day-to-day key partner and product operations, including but not limited to reporting, invoicing, and insights
  • Deliver and synthesize insights and analyses through competitive research and trends to inform product improvements and leadership decision making
  • Contribute innovative ideas that elevate and influence the broader portfolio and strategy
  • Support benefit management across the product lifecycle, including monitoring performance, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensuring benefit delivery is compliant and aligned to the intended customer experience
  • Monitor Operational Risk Events and Issues Management through escalations, identifying root causes, and drive remediation efforts for risk mitigation
  • Serve as control management lead by creating and performing control testing, smart monitoring, and mitigating customer or operational issues


Qualifications

  • 2 years of work experience in a product or partner management role preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business needs, identify solutions, and implement them seamlessly
  • Proven track record to spearhead workstreams autonomously and drive completion across teams at all levels
  • Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to build and influence positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and with a strong executive presence
  • Experience with distilling complex information into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and partners, Executive-level presentations and briefing materials
  • Comfort with data to synthesize from multiple sources into actionable insights to inform strategy
  • Quick learner of proprietary systems and processes with impeccable attention to detail
  • Learning agility and flexible style - ability to handle changing priorities and a broad variety of projects
  • Strong collaborator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to support projects beyond immediate job scope
  • Positive attitude, proactive work style, and customer / partner first mindset
  • Passion for travel
