Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities for cost optimization, vendor rationalization, value realization, and synergy capture.
  • Analyze spend, contracts, vendor portfolios, renewals, and market trends to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Support vendor strategies, renewals, negotiations, supplier evaluations, and sourcing initiatives for complex or high-value engagements.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and serve as a strategic advisor on vendor, spending, and commercial optimization decisions.
  • Proactively identify challenges, determine root causes, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
  • Drive initiatives from concept to implementation, maintaining accountability for stakeholder engagement, decision-making, execution milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Navigate competing stakeholder priorities and influence decisions cross-functionally
  • Develop business cases, executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Track, measure, and report realized value, including savings, cost avoidance, risk reduction, and operational improvements resulting from Procurement-led initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with source-to-pay or ERP platforms preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
