Position Overview:

MN8 is looking for a Procurement Senior Analyst to support purchases in Energy Infrastructure projects.

As the Procurement Senior Analyst, you will:
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, and prepare commercial analysis, supplier benchmarking, and award recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to support project execution, business objectives, long-term value creation, and supply chain resilience.
  • Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery schedules, contractual obligations, and commercial commitments, escalating risks and proposing mitigation actions where appropriate.
  • Lead commercial negotiations for contracts, purchase orders, and commercial agreements, working closely with Legal, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement activities from purchase requisition through purchase order issuance, contract execution, supplier onboarding, and ongoing procurement support.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities, including supplier market mapping, pricing trends, lead-time analysis, supply chain risk assessments, financial analysis, and ESG evaluations.
  • Identify, evaluate, qualify, and recommend new suppliers through market research, competitive analysis, technical and commercial alignment, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Support cross-functional project teams by providing commercial guidance, procurement strategy, supply chain insights, and market intelligence throughout project development and execution.
  • Maintain complete and auditable procurement records, sourcing documentation, commercial evaluations, approval evidence, supplier files, and contract documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and execution of the Procurement vision with and through stakeholder communities across the business.
  • Develop innovative and sustainable sourcing solutions to identify and mitigate supplier, commercial, and supply chain risk while driving long-term end-to-end value.
  • Create, maintain, and improve supplier data repositories and reporting tools to support procurement visibility, supplier intelligence, and decision-making


Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, contracts, commercial management, or a related function.
  • Experience in renewable energy, EV charging infrastructure, energy storage, electrical equipment, construction, utilities, EPC projects, or energy services.
  • Experience negotiating complex supply agreements, master service agreements, major equipment purchase orders, or service agreements.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and commercial evaluation skills, with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and business teams.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in business English, both written and spoken.
  • Delivery-driven mindset, ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
