Role Overview

Cboe's Global Derivatives business is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing & Data Analytics, to support the growth and strategic development of its Futures Business. This role combines data analytics, market expertise, and business strategy to help develop and implement pricing initiatives, deliver data-driven insights, and support key business decisions.

The successful candidate will apply advanced analytical techniques, including statistical modeling and trend analysis, to evaluate client performance, assess pricing effectiveness, and identify growth opportunities. The role is responsible for developing dashboards, reports, and forecasting models. By integrating client feedback, operational changes, and market developments, the analyst translates complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Establish and enhance key client metrics for use by Cboe Futures Sales & Coverage teams.
  • Assist with monitoring customer trends, the competitive landscape and regulatory developments to ensure ongoing competitiveness and effectiveness of Cboe pricing and offerings. Identify opportunities and develop adaptive responses.
  • Evaluate client trading patterns and measure the impact to market share and profitability.
  • Manage internal processes related to pricing changes, coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Support Sales, Account Coverage, and Business Leaders within the Derivatives team with ad hoc and internal analyses.
  • Provide support for the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Assist with the management of Futures Product initiatives working closely with the Technology, Product Management, Market Structure and Functionality, and Operations teams.
  • Support the Account Coverage team in preparing for client meetings and follow-ups.
  • Provide support to US Options business team as needed.


The Ideal Candidate Has
  • 5 years of analyst experience relating to Futures pricing and/or market structure.
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, financial engineering, data science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expertise in data modeling, statistics, and analysis, with proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python and business intelligence tools (e.g., Sigma).
  • Proven ability to integrate and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources, leveraging advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support strategic business decisions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical analysis clearly to business audiences and senior leadership.
  • Innovative problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly diagnose issues and develop pragmatic solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
