The Royal Caribbean Group's Revenue team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Analyst, Pricing and Promo Automation reporting to the Manager, Pricing and Promo Automation.

Position Overview

The Senior Analyst will own performance analytics and business execution support for PCP pricing, promotions, and targeted offers automation, ensuring that automated capabilities translate into realized revenue uplift, reduced operational risk, and repeatable governance. This role is responsible for measurement (A/B testing, uplift tracking), QA oversight, operational readiness, and translating commercial intent into scalable configurations-supporting a commercial footprint spanning 500+ products per sailing, 2,500+ sailings, and 20M+ potential price points annually, where manual execution is not sustainable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end business execution for PCP pricing and promotions automation, including setup support, validation, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting that quantify revenue impact (e.g., APD lift), adoption, and operational health of automation tools.
  • Conduct and operationalize A/B testing, sailing matching, test readouts, and uplift measurement to identify winning strategies and scale them.
  • Own day-to-day QA routines for automated price/promo changes and ensure accuracy across systems during frequent promotional cycles.
  • Partner with Tech/Data/AI to ensure data quality, automation logic integrity, and smooth writeback into Hybris / promotional systems (including issue triage and root-cause analysis).
  • Analyze booking and demand trends to recommend pricing guardrails, discount depth ranges, and offer design improvements (segmented vs targeted offers), balancing conversion and profitability.
  • Identify product/category opportunities (e.g., Beverage, Shorex, Internet, Dining, Spa) where automation can drive incremental revenue or operational simplification.
  • Work closely with Legal, Brand, Marketing/E-commerce, Digital, AI/Data, and Operations to ensure offers are compliant, aligned, and executed cleanly at scale.
  • Support development of documentation and playbooks (standard work) for automation use cases, QA checks, escalation paths, and go/no-go readiness.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in commercial analytics, revenue management, pricing, promotions, or e-commerce analytics (or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience with testing, measurement, and performance readouts (A/B tests, uplift analysis, conversion funnels)
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced promotional environment.
  • Advanced Excel; Power BI; enterprise analytics tools (e.g., Essbase/SmartView/Hyperion) and comfort working with large-scale datasets.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and operational checks.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills are required.
