Full Job Description
As a Senior Analyst, Portfolio Analytics, you will play a key role in scaling and enhancing our portfolio data infrastructure, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping drive operational excellence through analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the collection, validation, and analysis of portfolio company data across multiple research and reporting initiatives.
  • Partner with the Portfolio Analytics team on high-impact projects supporting a portfolio of leading technology companies.
  • Help scale and optimize portfolio monitoring infrastructure in collaboration with the broader venture and growth team and Technology team.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of historical data systems to support due diligence and investor reporting efforts.
  • Assist in advancing the team's artificial intelligence strategy and broader technology roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization and benchmarking tools that support portfolio performance analysis and internal reporting.
  • Collaborate with investment professionals and senior stakeholders across the venture and growth team to analyze and enrich portfolio company data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and operational efficiency across analytics processes.


Ideal Candidate Background:
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, finance, consulting, technology, data strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large datasets, including data modeling, data structuring, and translating complex information into actionable insights.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in technology markets, business models, and operational performance metrics.
  • Experience building or improving scalable data processes, reporting infrastructure, or analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with portfolio monitoring or investment data platforms such as iLEVEL, Cobalt, Chronograph, or eFront is a plus.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects or external partners is a plus.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York City office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000-$130,000 together with the benefits listed above.
