Full Job Description
StackAdapt's Solutions team focuses on developing and leading strategic growth initiatives within key verticals across our suite of programmatic advertising products. As a Senior Analyst within the team, you will work on projects and partnerships aimed at improving platform and campaign performance against industry benchmarks and peers. This role will allow you to work with multiple leaders across teams, such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and Operations in shaping the future of AdTech & MarTech.

We are looking for candidates to sit in Toronto for this role.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the discovery, ideation, development, and design of next-gen, measurement, attribution, and performance capabilities and roadmap.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform and make strategic recommendations in areas of opportunity that drive results and maximize the company's growth objectives.
  • Support the Solutions Leads in evaluating revenue opportunities, such as integrations and business opportunities, and/or new platform capabilities.
  • Support the Solutions Leads in the execution of end-to-end solutions, including project implementations that require working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Work alongside key technical stakeholders such as Data Science and Engineering to architect solutions to address identified problem statements and use cases.
  • Troubleshoot technical performance challenges and discrepancies, accompanied by root-cause analysis and remediation approach.
  • Design and execute experiments to validate the hypothesis and work with Client Services and Marketing to scale solutions and best practices.
  • Conduct market and competitive landscape research and gather data to identify and interpret current trends within the ad tech/mar tech space.
  • Engage in industry research to highlight best practices, current fit/gap, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Contribute to sales enablement activities, including the development of client presentations and RFPs.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Solutions the team currently owns (For example, managing month-end reporting for the measurement solutions our team has built).


What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical analytics role (e.g., Systems Analysis, Data Science, Technical Product Management, Tech Consulting, or Data Analytics).
  • Exceptional proficiency with Python and core data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn) for advanced data manipulation, modelling, and workflow automation.
  • Strong SQL Competency: Proven experience writing complex, optimized queries to extract and transform data from modern cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
  • Solid grounding in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, regression analysis, and rigorous A/B testing methodologies.
  • A proven track record of independently managing strategic and operationally complex projects within cross-functional teams
  • Impeccable business judgment, along with an inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with marketing and advertising technology is a plus.


The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate's current location.

This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.
  • Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.


Ontario Salary Band

$76,000-$90,000 USD
