Full Job Description
The Partnership Strategy Senior Analyst will own the process discipline and governance frameworks that support the commercial operations of the Global Partnerships organization. This role is accountable for ensuring that pipeline, inventory, and approvals data is accurate, consistently maintained, and reported on a reliable cadence - producing the insights that inform leadership decisions. The Senior Analyst will also manage external tools and vendor relationships, serving as the primary point of accountability for operational process quality across the function.

What will you do?
  • Own process governance across pipeline, inventory, and approvals workflows - setting standards for how data is entered, maintained, and validated across the team
  • Produce regular pipeline, inventory, and approvals reporting for leadership on a consistent cadence, surfacing trends and flagging issues proactively
  • Develop, document, and maintain process standards and governance frameworks that drive consistent operational discipline across the partnerships organization
  • Manage external tools and vendor relationships that support the partnerships business, serving as the day-to-day point of contact and ensuring platforms are used effectively and consistently
  • Lead process training and onboarding for team members - ensuring adherence to established workflows and building capability across the function
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, working cross-functionally to implement improvements that enhance data quality and operational consistency
  • Support the broader partnerships strategy function with ad hoc analysis, data pulls, and reporting as needed to advance strategic initiatives
  • Serve as the internal authority on process standards and tools - acting as a resource for the team on best practices and governance requirements
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in business operations, commercial operations, or a comparable function - ideally within media, sports, or entertainment
  • Demonstrated experience owning operational processes and governance frameworks in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to produce accurate, consistent reporting and identify quality issues before they impact decision-making
  • Proficiency with CRM, inventory management, or business intelligence tools; experience managing external vendor platforms is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over process quality and operational rigor
  • Strong organizational skills - comfortable building, documenting, and maintaining workflows in a structured and repeatable way
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator who can influence process adoption and drive improvements across teams
  • Clear communicator - able to train others on processes and translate operational requirements into plain language for varied audiences
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with a high bar for accuracy and consistency
