Senior Analyst - Global Payables.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What you'll do:

We are currently seeking an Senior Analyst Global Payables. This position can be based at any Eaton site within the continental US with hybrid work available. If candidate is not located within a 50 mile radius of an Eaton site remote work will be considered within the continental US.
Position Overview:
The role supports the Global Payables processes and procedures for Eaton's Oracle or SAP based systems. This role will be a fundamental project team member, which will help achieve the successful implementations of the approved project pipeline for the Global Payables workstream annually.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work with various functions across Eaton to implement Global Payables projects to ensure timely execution based on approved project plans.
• Lead the execution of the supplier add/change processes for key projects.
• Serve as a Global Payables SME and provide inputs as an expert in Global Payables processes to support project work.
• Conduct Global Payables trainings and provide ongoing support.
• Complete and/or coordinate upgrade testing for various Global Payables applications.
• Document and share best practices and lessons learned related to Global Payables projects.
• Develop process knowledge as it relates to Global Payables applications.
• Support change management activities within project implementations.
• Forecasts and reports time spent working on projects to support Global Payables budget.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 3 years working in Accounting or Finance.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
