Position Summary

The Senior Analyst - ERP Systems Assurance is responsible for ensuring enterprise ERP systems maintain a validated and compliant state throughout their lifecycle. This role supports risk-based verification, validation, and testing activities for ERP applications that enable Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Service, and Quality business processes, with primary responsibility for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

The position requires strong functional and process knowledge of Oracle EBS and hands-on experience executing validation activities, functional and regression testing, and data and interface verification in regulated environments. The role partners closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs), IT, Quality, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure ERP changes are fit-for-use, controlled, and inspection-ready.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the ERP Validation and Software Assurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS.
  • Support validation planning, risk assessments, impact analyses, and release decisions for ERP enhancements, patches, upgrades, integrations, and data changes.
  • Analyze system/process changes and enhancement requests to prioritize requests.
  • Coordinate business and system requirement reviews, functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP systems.
  • Ownership of deliverables and objective evidence to ensure testability, traceability, and issue resolution in alignment with systems assurance expectations.
  • Support data migration, conversion, and interface validation activities.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal quality assessments related to ERP systems.
  • Contribute to process improvement, cross-training and hyper/automation initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned; may support extended schedules to meet project deadlines.


Knowledge & Skills
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 including but not limited to - Finance, Supply Chain (O2C, P2P), Manufacturing, WMS and Service processes and modules.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion application validation, periodic releases and/or cloud systems patching.
  • Experience with 3rd party vendor integrations with ERP System.
  • Working knowledge of ERP architectures, interfaces, and system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of data migration, sampling methods
  • Strong knowledge of ERP system validation, verification, and software assurance practices in regulated environments.
  • Solid understanding of system lifecycle controls, change management, and risk-based validation concepts.
  • Ability to develop, execute, and review high-quality validation deliverables and objective evidence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experienced with various software development process (Scrum, Agile, XP, Kanban, etc.) from the test design, test automation, and execution perspective
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to successfully establish and maintain relationships with internal customers.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of all components of R12 VCP and its interaction with Demantra
  • Nice to have: Experience with Test/ALM tools (ex : HPALM, Validation Master, Visual Studio) and automated testing (Ranorex, UFT, TestComplete, JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad etc.).


Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in ERP systems analysis, testing, validation, or implementation.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting ERP V&V or software assurance activities.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Financial domains.
  • Experience supporting ERP upgrades, data migrations, system integrations, and production releases.
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors and external system integrations.


Work Environment
  • This is largely a sedentary role.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.


This role is based remotely; the incumbent may be remote in any state other than Colorado; California; Connecticut; Montana, Maine or New York.
