Job Description

Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) is seeking a Sr. Analyst, TLS E-commerce Channel Management to join the US Customer Growth Marketing team within the Global Partnerships and Marketing (GPM) organization. This role will focus on converting Card Members' travel intent into engagement with American Express Travel by bringing the value of our differentiated programs, benefits, and experiences to life across the site. The role will oversee the ongoing management and optimization of the American Express Travel site, ensuring relevant, accurate, and compelling digital experiences that reinforce the value of booking with American Express Travel.

The position will provide strategic oversight, development, and execution of site updates across TLS programs and key enterprise moments, including product and benefit refreshes, required legal and compliance updates, and integrated marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a strong marketer with a passion for storytelling, digital experiences, and brand building. They will be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and adept at collaborating with and influencing cross-functional partners both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the day-to-day American Express Travel site experience, ensuring programs, benefits, and experiences are brought to life through relevant, accurate, and compelling content that helps Card Members understand the value of booking with American Express Travel.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of onsite updates, partnering across internal teams to manage required legal/MCR submissions, Terms & Conditions rollouts, approvals, and implementation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to coordinate inputs and requirements for marketing placements across the site.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance onsite content and customer journeys, leveraging competitive, industry, and performance insights to inform ongoing optimization of messaging and experiences.
  • Collaborate effectively across a broad set of stakeholders, including TLS Partnerships, TLS Digital Product, Analytics, Card Marketing and Product, Servicing, GCO/LOBCO and MCR to support marketing execution.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of marketing or related experience, with digital, e-commerce, or customer marketing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital experiences, customer journeys, and translating product and benefit value into compelling customer-facing experiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and/or agency partners to drive work from development through execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence partners and communicate effectively with colleagues and leaders across levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality customer experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
