OverviewOverview of Job Function:As a key member of the Data Enablement team, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting high-impact data products, visualizations, and automation solutions for internal and external stakeholders. These solutions and initiatives include dashboard visualization and reporting development; data warehouse solution design and development; and data ingestion, cleaning, quality assessment, and delivery. You'll serve as the primary owner of MCI (Datorama) on key pharmaceutical accounts, helping turn complex data into actionable insights that drive real results.
In this role, you will:- Serve as the day-to-day lead for MCI (Datorama) dashboards and reporting solutions
- Oversee the development of automated data pipelines and dashboards built in MCI (Datorama) and Tableau
- Manage data pipelines from ingestion through delivery using SQL and/or Python
- Partner with internal teams (Business Intelligence, Engineering, Media Activation) to support and evolve data products
- Proactively track and resolve issues related to data quality, reporting, and automation
- Maintain and optimize data processes, including ETL pipelines, data harmonization, and metadata management
- Work within Agile methodology using Jira to manage project work and sprint priorities
What you bring:- 1+ years of hands-on experience with MCI (Datorama)
- Strong technical skills in SQL and/or Python, with working knowledge of Databricks or Snowflake
- Experience developing automated data flows and working with large datasets
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to work directly with stakeholders and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills
- Experience working in or with cross-functional, Agile teams
- Attention to detail and a passion for building clean, usable, and scalable solutions
Preferred but not required:- Experience with data visualization in Tableau
- Background in digital marketing data and/or pharmaceutical data
- Experience defining or improving BI best practices, governance, or data quality standards, or a background that includes working in a BI or Analyst role yourself
- Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation

Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $127,155.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
