  • Design and deploy new digital products and prototypes (e.g., EV tools, models and/or features), aligning with go-to-market strategy and commercialization pathways.
  • Provide analytical support to partnership initiatives.
  • Support development of data products, including analytical tools, dashboards, datasets, and proprietary methodologies that support EVCS.
  • Conduct advanced geospatial, telematics, and charging behavior analysis to support strategic decision-making and insights generation.
  • Support implementation and testing of approved AI tools.
  • Own key analytics workstreams from concept through delivery, including stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, prototyping, deployment, and continuous improvement
  • Develop data models, business logic, data dictionaries, and quality controls that ensure consistency, trust, and scalability across our EV charging analytics and data platform.
  • Design reports and dashboards that identify strengths and opportunities in the EV ownership experience
  • Build and oversee scalable data pipelines and analytical methodologies integrating EV charging, telematics, customer identity, geospatial, and third-party datasets into unified frameworks.
  • Translate complex data assets into actionable recommendations and product concepts, influencing EV charging strategy, customer experience improvements, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Serve as a thought partner on AI, data strategy, and digital product innovation, helping define future-state capabilities across EV charging, customer insights, and connected services.

What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree from Accredited four-year college or university and/or related commensurate experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, business intelligence, advanced analytics or consulting.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, or virtualized data environments.
  • Experience building scalable datasets, ETL/ELT workflows, data pipelines, semantic layers, or production analytics assets
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Redshift, Denodo, DBeaver, Airflow, dbt, Git, APIs, or similar tools.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Highly proficient in dashboard development, notably Power BI and Tableau
  • Hands-on proficiency with SQL
  • Highly proficient with Alteryx
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, modeling, and workflow development.
  • Experience applying advanced analytics methods such as forecasting, statistical analysis, segmentation, geospatial analysis, machine learning, or optimization.
  • Experience turning complex business problems into executive-ready narratives with clear recommendations.

Added bonus if you have
  • Master's degree in data science, data engineering or MBA with a data analytics concentration
  • Significant EV and/or public charging infrastructure awareness and knowledge
  • Experience in Automotive, EV Charging, Energy, Business Development, or related areas
  • Experience with connected vehicle data, mobility data, EV charging data, energy data, geospatial data, or customer behavior data.
  • Experience with AI-assisted analytics, prompt engineering, workflow automation, or low-code / AI-enabled development tools.
  • Experience as a product owner, creating business-facing prototypes, wireframes, journey maps or POC tools to support decision-making
