Senior Analyst, Customer Insights & Analytics, you'll transform data into actionable insights that shape customer strategy and drive business growth. You'll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage advanced analytics to improve customer engagement and loyalty. - Analyze customer and financial data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Deliver performance analytics and insights for strategic initiatives, including loyalty programs.
- Create compelling reports and visualizations that influence decision-making across the organization.
- Apply statistical techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, clustering, segmentation) to enhance insights.
- Partner with data teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
- Support cross-functional teams with analytics expertise and storytelling.
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics).
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Retail or banking industry experience is an asset.
- Strong data skills: SQL, Python, SAS (certification is a plus).
- Expertise data visualization and experience with BI tools.
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop) and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and customer analytics techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all analyses.
- Proactive ownership of projects and ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Passion for data, technology, and continuous improvement.
- Comfort with emerging technologies and enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions.

Broadband Salary Range: $64,000 - 106,000
Our typical hiring range is between $80,000 and $95,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role. #LI-NZ2
