Summary:

In this role, you will support Category Managers through contract lifecycle management activities, with primary responsibility for drafting and managing contract amendments, price files, and facilitating legal review. You will ensure contractual accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business unit while providing analytical support to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, redline, and manage complex contract amendments in alignment with business requirements and organizational standards.
  • Partner with Legal, Category Managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient review, revision, and execution of amendments.
  • Manage end-to-end amendment workflows, including documentation, version control, and price file management.
  • Conduct audits to ensure contract accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
  • Support Category Managers through pricing analysis, business reviews, and development of reporting and insights.
  • Prepare and present analysis summaries and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete ad hoc analyses and support contract-related initiatives as needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret contractual language and apply it within a structured contract lifecycle management framework.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders through contract review and approval cycles.
  • Strong analytical, written communication, and document management skills.
  • Healthcare contracting and/or supply chain experience preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) with the ability for creation, manipulation, and interpretation of data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment.


Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
