What you'll do: - Review and analyze initial claim reports to determine compensability and identify potential fraud indicators.
- Manage complex general liability claims, focusing on litigation and high-risk cases.
- Collaborate with leadership and counsel to establish claim value, strategy, and resolution paths.
- Oversee outside counsel to monitor litigation progress and ensure timely resolution.
- Negotiate settlements and authorize payments within financial authority and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and present claims in reviews to refine strategy and secure settlement approval.
- Mentor associates on claims handling and litigation processes.

- Ability to establish accurate reserves and authorize payments within financial authority limits.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
