Role summary:

The Senior Analyst, Case Management, leads comprehensive investigations by developing tailored plans and analyzing case materials to deliver informed recommendations aligned with business objectives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to support corrective actions, enhance investigative protocols, and ensure compliance with company standards. The position requires effective communication with stakeholders, guidance to business leaders, and continuous process improvement to meet organizational goals. The Senior Analyst upholds integrity, fosters collaboration, and contributes to a culture of accountability while driving solutions that support both customer and business needs.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute investigative plans tailored to varying case types and business unit contexts.
  • Gather, evaluate, and analyze case materials, including conducting interviews and reviewing findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate recommendations and align case actions with business expectations.
  • Provide expert guidance on corrective action implementation and support leaders in case-related communications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve investigative protocols and processes, offering actionable solutions.

This is an onsite position based in Bentonville, AR.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
