Pay Range Details

JOB SUMMARY:

CARE is seeking a highly motivated Strategy Analyst to play a pivotal role in strengthening organizational planning, performance management, and strategic alignment processes. This role will support the full annual planning cycle by coordinating timelines, developing planning tools and templates, and consolidating inputs across teams. The Strategy Analyst will contribute to quarterly performance reviews by tracking progress against strategic priorities and preparing high-quality briefings for senior leadership. As CARE embarks on a country office strategy refresh, this role will help design frameworks, tools, and materials that guide teams through the process and will support country-level workshop delivery as required. The role will partner closely with Internal Communications to capture and curate compelling strategy stories that showcase progress, impact, and organizational learning. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will contribute to SharePoint KM and special projects as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Annual Planning Cycle Coordination
  • Coordinate timelines, develop planning tools and templates, and consolidate inputs across teams
  • Provide guidance and feedback on Canvases to better align across departments and to the global strategy priorities
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of the annual organisational planning process


Quarterly Performance Reviews
  • Track progress against strategic priorities and synthesise key findings
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials for leadership review sessions


Country Office Strategy Refresh
  • Develop and maintain tools, templates, and frameworks that guide country teams through the strategy refresh process
  • Support and facilitate country-level strategy workshops when required


Strategy Communications & Special Projects
  • Partner with Internal Communications to collect and curate strategy stories that illustrate progress, impact, and learning
  • Maintain strategy resources on SharePoint, ensuring they remain current, accessible, and fit for purpose
  • Participate in various special projects involving cross functional strategy deep dives. Analyze and present data and recommendations to enable strategic decision-making.
